• Analyze IT staffing requirements.
• Well versed in Corp to Corp, W2, and Contract to hire requirements of the US
Market.
• Working with key managers in the company to understand the specific
staffing needs and priorities, developed position descriptions and create
strategies for sourcing.

• Actively sourced candidates, reviewed resumes, pre-screened qualified


applicants through phone interviews and worked with the Technical Managers
to schedule on-site interviews for candidates that closely meet the needs.
