Pricing is crucial to Optimum Solutions entry into a new market. Optimum

will decide in favor of higher priced added- value approach. This means it
gives an indication to potential and existing customers of where to place
this company in relation to the competitors. Expectations will be higher
from the customer and they will assume higher quality product/ service
from the new set-up, which will be the opportunity for Optimum to expand
their client base by giving them the best solutions and building
relationship.

Place is the key element to Optimum’s further internationalization into Mexican

market. Optimum will be based in Monterrey, the capital city of the state of
Nuevo Leon, which is considered the industrial epicenter of Mexico.

by Fortune magazine as the best city in Latin America in which to
do business.
• Some 13,000 companies in Monterrey produce 9.4 percent of
Mexico's manufactured products.
• If you exclude the telecom and oil monopolies (Telmex and Pemex),
Monterrey controls more than half of Mexico’s total industrial assets.

• The city's efficient transportation, modern highways, telecommunications, world-

class educational institutions such as Monterrey Institute of Technology,
(Mexico's equivalent to MIT), have been steadily developed for more than a
century as part of the city's industrial infrastructure.

America, Carrier, Caterpillar, Chrysler, Donnelly, GE, GM, Honeywell,

promote in the first few years and later viral marketing will be its
expansion strategy. It will also appear in the IT magazines and daily local
newspapers like “Oaxaca Times” and the “Guadalajara Reporter” (the
English language daily newspaper)

Monterrey is the headquarters of the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios

Superiores de Monterrey (Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher
Studies, ITESM or "Tec de Monterrey"), a private university ranked by

or private) in all Mexico.
CompuShow 2008 is Monterrey’s fastest growing IT show. On its third

relationship marketing.

The process of giving a service and the behavior of those who deliver it
are crucial to customer satisfaction. Issues such as waiting times and
information given to customers and helpfulness of staff are all vital to
keep customers happy. Our customers are primarily from Banking and
Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, Technology and Healthcare
verticals in the existing market. We will bring the experts with good
knowledge in these fields to offer better service to the new clients in
Mexico & US market.

A service can’t be experienced before it is delivered. This means that

choosing to use a service can be perceived as risky business because you
are buying something intangible. This uncertainty can be reduced by
helping potential customers see what they are buying. The case studies
and testimonials can provide evidence that an organization keeps its
promises. These case studies and testimonials of Optimum’s clients are
available on their website. There will be a local website in English and
Espanola for the US & Mexican customers.
The head-office will be based in one of the prime locations of Monterrey
with state-of-the art infrastructure and cool interior design for the office.
