12-5004 CORVEL™ LAGOON BLUE

Description

CORVEL 12000 series epoxy based Wrinkle Finish textured powder coatings are non-weatherable coatings
designed to serve as decorative as well as functional coatings in a wide range of colors in this patented finish.
They are designed to produce wrinkle textured film coatings in a range of 2.5 to 4.0 mils. They possess
outstanding chemical and mechanical properties. Rohm and Haas Powder Coatings Epoxy 12000 series Wrinkle
finishes are ideal for applications such as sports and recreation equipment, furniture, hand and power tools,
hardware, fixtures, tool boxes, safety equipment, appliances, wire goods, automotive under body under hood,
furniture, cabinetry and metal shelving applications. Please consult with your Rohm and Haas Powder Coatings
Technical Representative to ensure that the selected product is suitable for your end use application.

Application and Storage Conditions

• All oil and grease, mill scale and rust, must be removed. Iron or Zinc phosphate pretreatment is
recommended for optimum performance.
• Shelf life is one year (365 days) when stored in dry conditions at less than 80ºF.
• Cure Schedule ºF/min: 375ºF/10 min
• Application Method: Electrostatic Spray
• Recommended Film Thickness: 2.5-4.0
