NARRATIVE
ON 5-17-11 AT APPROXIMATELY 5:40 PM THE COMPLAINANT STATED THE SUSPECT ARRIVED AT
THE LOCATION TO VISIT WITNESS
2. THE WITNESS STATED THE SUSPECT WAS STANDING ON THE STAIRCASE NEXT TO THE
COMPLAINANT'S RESIDENCE IN A POSITION SLIGHTLY ELEVATED ABOVE WHERE THE
COMPLAINANT AND WITNESSES 1 AND 3 WERE SITTING. WITNESS 1 STATED TO R/O'S THAT
THE SUSPECT BEGAN TELLING THE COMPLAINANT SHE NEEDED TO "WORK" FOR HIM AND
PROSTITUTE SO SHE COULD MAKE MONEY. THE COMPLAINANT AND THE SUSPECT BECAME
INVOLVED IN A VERBAL ARGUMENT WHEN THE COMPLAINANT STATED SHE WASNOT
INTERESTED IN PROSTITUTION. THE COMPLAINANT STATED THE SUSPECT BECAME AGITATED
AND STARTED WALKING DOWN THE STAIRS PAST THE COMPLAINANT. WITNESS 1 THEN STATED
THE SUSPECT UPON REACHING THE BASE OFTHE STAIRS "CLOSED HIS EYES AND TOOK A DEEP
BREATH" TURNED AROUND AND WALKED UP THE STAIRS IN AN AGGRESSIVE MANNER. THE
SUSPECT CONTACTED THE COMPLAINANT ABOUT MID WAY UP PUSHING THE COMPLAINANT
DOWN ONTO THE STAIRCASE. THE SUSPECT THEN GRABBED THE COMPLAINANT BY THE TORSO,
PICKEDHER UP AND THREW HER ONTO THE GROUND FROM APPROXIMATELY THE 6TH STEP OF
THE STAIR CASE. THE COMPLAINANT STATED SHE STRUCK THE GROUND HITTING THE BACK OF
HER HEAD CAUSING PAIN AND TEMPORARY UNCONSCIOUSNESS. THE COMPLAINANT STATED
SHE "WENT OUT" FOR A SECOND AND WOKE UP WITH WITNESS 1 AND WITNESS 2 STANDING
OVER HER ATTEMPTING TO SEPARATE THE SUSPECT FROM THE COMPLAINANT. WITNESS 1 THEN
STATED THE SUSPECT DISENGAGED FROM THE COMPLAINANT AND RAN IN AN AGGRESSIVE
MANNER TOWARD WITNESS 3, WHO HE HAD ALSO ATTEMPTED TO RECRUIT FOR PURPOSES OF
PROSTITUTION, PICKING HER UP OFF THE GROUND ALSO BY THE TORSO AND THROWING HER
ONTO THE CONCRETE OF THE PARKING LOT. WITNESSES 1 AND 2 STATED THAT WITNESS 3
IMMEDIATELY WENT UNCONSCIOUS AS THE SUSPECT CONTINUED PUNCHING AND KICKING
WITNESS 3 IN THE HEAD AND TORSO. WITNESS 2 STATED HE INTERVENED AND PUSHED THE
SUSPECT AWAY FROM WITNESS 3 TO ENDTHE ASSAULT. WITNESS 2 STATED HE ATTEMPTED TO
PICK WITNESS 3 UP FROM THE GROUND AND OBSERVED THAT SHE WAS "KNOCKED OUT".
WHILE WITNESS 2 WAS CHECKING ON WITNESS 3 THE SUSPECT AGAIN APPROACHED THE
COMPLAINANT PUNCHING HER IN THE RIGHT SIDE OF HER FACE CAUSING PAIN AND SWELLING

COMPLAINANT PUNCHING HER IN THE RIGHT SIDE OF HER FACE CAUSING PAIN AND SWELLING
TO THE COMPLAINANT. WITNESS 2 THEN STATED THE SUSPECT GOT IN HIS FACE AND SAID
"YOU BETTER NOT TELL THEM MY NAME" BEFORE THE SUSPECT FLED THE LOCATION
SOUTHBOUND ON WOODMEADOW PARKWAY ON FOOT. DFD 57 RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION
TO TREAT BOTH THE COMPLAINANT AND WITNESS 3 FOR THEIR INJURIES. WITNESS 3 WAS
TRANSPORTED TO BAYLOR HOSPITAL BY DFD 57 WHERE PES WAS REQUESTED TO TAKE
PHOTOGRAPHS OF WITNESS 3'S INJURIES. THE COMPLAINANT STATED SHE INITIALLY REFUSED
TRANSPORT TO THE HOSPITAL, HOWEVER, AFTER SPEAKING WITH R/OS SHE STATED SHE WAS
NOT FEELING WELL STATED SHE WAS GOING TO HAVE WITNESS 2 TAKE HERTO THE
EMERGENCY ROOM AT BAYLOR. THE SUSPECT WAS NOT IN A DATING RELATIONSHIP NOR DID
