1 On October 15, 2010, the Court entered an Order (Docket #76) requesting supplemental
2 briefing on certain issues raised by the pending motion for a preliminary injunction and to dismiss
3 the complaint, setting a briefing schedule, and continuing the hearing date on those motions. On
4 that same date, plaintiff Karen Golinski filed a request to alter the briefing schedule and hearing
5 date set by the Court. (Docket #77.)
6 The Court, having considered plaintiff’s request, and any opposition thereto, hereby
7 GRANTS plaintiff’s request. Plaintiff may file her opening brief, not to exceed 25 pages, no later
8 than November 8. Defendants may file their response, not to exceed 25 pages, no later than
9 November 19. Plaintiff may file a reply, not to exceed 15 pages, no later than November 29. The
10 hearing on the motions is CONTINUED from December 3, 2010 to December 17, 2010 at 10:00
11 a.m. The case management conference shall directly follow the hearing on December 17, 2010 at
10:00 a.m. The joint case management statement shall be filed by December 10, 2010.
