OBJECTIVE
My objective is to gain employment with an organization that will utilize my edu
cation, training and twenty-five years nursing experience, while affording oppor
tunities for career advancement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Goal oriented, detailed professional with twenty -five years clinical ex-
perience. Over the twenty-five years afforded me the opportunity to
advance myself as Assistant Director of Nursing where I successfully
revised policy and procedures, developed staff retention program, worked
in Surgical Trauma Unit where team nursing was standard. Responded to
