Managed the office for this family-owned remodeling/renovations company. I handl


ed all the daily administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to:
all AP/AR activities, monthly Worker's Comp and payroll taxes, and client and su
bcontractor relations. I have brought structure and organization to the company
with implementation of an all-inclusive Employee Handbook, the creation and main
tenance of Excel computation worksheets for: Worker's Comp, company incentive pa
youts, and job/cost analysis.

Property Manager/Sales Associate:


Auburn, AL - 2007-2008
I managed a group of 65+ properties for a private owner, with responsibilities t
hat included: collection of current and delinquent rent and mortgage payments, c
oordinating maintenance concerns, turnkey organization and completion, and AP/AR
. I have introduced new support documents, supervised the organization and redis
tribution of property files, and implemented new collection procedures.

Property Manager/Sales Associate:


Auburn, AL - 2006-2007
I served on a team which managed a portfolio of 300+ properties. As office 'fron
t person', I managed a high volume of incoming foot and telephone traffic, with
responsibilities that included screening rental applicants' work and rental hist
ories, executing lease agreements, account management, unit inspections, managem
ent of tenant billing and maintenance issues, and interviewing and hiring subcon
tractor labor for repairs. Responsible also for coordinating collections of 'pas
t due' accounts in conjunction with the attorney's office. I developed a detail-
oriented spreadsheet that consolidated all unit information pertinent to effecti
vely marketing and leasing units.

Club Secretary/Banquet Manager:

Responsible for compiling the daily AP/AR for the Elks Club's dining events. I s
erved as events coordinator for all private functions held on the premises, incl
uding menu planning, decor, seating, organization and management of service staf
