a. Create a New Folder on Local Drive and named it same as your project.
(e.g.: Project 1)
l. Click 'OK' for all dialogs. Click 'Save' for Export Setting Dialog.
m. Tick Export Setting 2 and click Options to setup Audio format. The dialog open.
Export As : AAF
Thick (/) : Include All Video Tracks In Sequence
Thick (/) : Include All Audio Tracks In Sequence
n. Click Set to Browse the Destination. Browse to the folder that you created before.
(eg: Project 1)
o. Click 'OK' for all dialogs. Click 'Save' for Export Setting Dialog.
p. Quit from Avid NLE application.
b. Wait until “Press any key to continue ...”. Then, press any key.
c. The system now connected to Editshare server.
e. Browse the folder and choose which Sound Dub Room you want to use(sd1 to sd6). For
example want to use Sound Dub Room 2 (sd2). Then, double click sd2 folder and browse to
“For Dubbing” folder.
b. Locate the location for the consolidated file. (e.g.: file already save on sd1)
c. Browse shared folder, go to 'es-master' folder and browse to sd1 folder
d. Click 'Project 1' Folder and copy the both aaf and OMFI files into SD1 Audio Drive.
e. Wait until transferring complete.
f. From SD1 Audio Drive double click aaf file. (e.g.: ishakNCXP2.copy.01.aaf).
g. The Import Session Data Dialog open.
• Click on the Audio Media Options pop-up menu and select “Link to Source Media
(Where Possible).”
• Click on the Video Media Options pop-up menu and select Link to source media.
i. Click OK.
