Joe Fairley is the Managing Partner of MAJIK Real Estate Services LLC; and Fairl
ey Sports Training LLC, dba EXTRA INNINGS. Joe personally manages both the real
estate and the operations of the Extra Innings facility here in Upstate New Yor
k. Both businesses have been in operation since 2007.
Prior to establishing the EXTRA INNINGS Franchise here in Upstate New York, Mr.
Fairley, was the Executive Vice President of the Horizon Companies (a North Amer
ican $140M Contract Management Facility Service Provider) and the Managing Dire
ctor for Atlas Maintenance Network (a Nationwide $6M Technical Maintenance Servi
ces Company). Both Horizon Companies were B2B Contract Management Firms providi
ng services to multi-site, multi-state portfolio retail and commercial customers
throughout the 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Joe had been with Horizon s
ince May 1999.
Joes duties with The Horizon Companies had included coordination of Horizons Nat
ional Sales and Business Development Team, including telemarketing, direct sales
, and strategic account management. Horizon specialized in providing building m
anagement, cleaning, and maintenance services to the Retail industry. Working d
irectly for the owners and shareholders of Horizon, Joe lent his talents to both
the marketing and advertising of Horizon to the marketplace; creating both awar
d winning internal and public marketing pieces to directly benefit Horizon. Joe
also orchestrated the sales, strategic planning, and project management of over
$60M in new service business for Horizon. These sales have led to new business
for Horizon in over 2500 locations throughout the United States.
As Managing Director of Atlas Maintenance Network, Joe helped launch this new Ho
rizon company in 2003 and had both operational and financial responsibility for
its growth and profitability. Atlas quickly comprised a list of satisfied Retai
l and High-tech customers, servicing over 2200 locations in all fifty states.
Prior to joining Horizon, Joe was Vice President, Operations; for an Internation
al Franchise Cleaning/Maintenance Company for 9 years. Joe was instrumental in
the Franchisors National Sales initiatives, created the Operation programs for f
ive international offices and provided on-going consulting on their franchise pr
ograms. Joes domestic responsibilities included directing the customer service
and quality activities for thirty-five Franchise offices throughout the country.

Joe has over 25 years of progressive management experience in the Service indust
ries. His career has encompassed management, training, and consulting with busi
nesses and has worked with companies worldwide. Key positions with Hilton Hotel
s/Walt Disney World, Hilton Suite Hotels, and Marriott Courtyard Hotels as a Foo
d Service Director, Housekeeping Manager, and General Manager have helped provid
e Joe with well rounded management development, technical training, education, a
nd customer service credentials.
Joes interest in education and training in the service and hospitality fields we
re expanded through a four-year experience as a member of the adjunct faculty of
the Hospitality Department of the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. H
ere he taught classes in Beverage Management, Front Office Management, and Resor
t Management.
