rease enrollment. Managed two commercial properties (10.5 acres), required to m

rty enhancements, obtaining appropriate permits and licenses, and ensuring facil
ities pass state and local annual inspections. Enhancements included swimming p
ools, additional structures, apparatus for activities, and landscape. Directed
and hired all staff (up to 100) including teachers, counselors, and administrati
on. Developed all marketing and promotional materials.

, land-leases, etc. Negotiated leases for 56 company offices in 11 states. Admi
nistratively maintained easements and electronics buildings. Experienced in pro
curing financing for cable system acquisitions and monitoring accounts between s
ubsidiaries and corporate headquarters. Instrumental in expansion of company fro
m 1 to 73 cable television systems, with over 30,000 subscribers. Ensured facili
ties met all corporate standards. Ultimately played a pivotal role in the sale
of the company and purchased Empire Cable.
1983 - 1985 Subscriber Development Associates

Founded and was responsible for day to day operations of a consulting company
that provided
direct sales expertise to the cable television industry. Projects varied from sa
les to overall marketing campaigns. Client base included several of the top 10 m
ultiple system operators. Negotiated merger with Empire Communications.
1981 - 1983 PlayCable

Position: Affiliate Account Manager
Developed and implemented marketing plans for several affiliates. Interfaced wit
h multiple system operatoras management at corporate level. Created television,
print, direct mail, and public promotions.
1980 - 1981 Preview Subscription Television

Position: Direct Sales Manager
Hired and trained staff of 85, including direct sales people and customer serv
ice representatives.
Responsible for creation and application of sales training program. Created t
ele-marketing
department.
