AIC is a 650 employee plant owned by SPS Technologies, LLC, A division of Precis
ion Cast Parts Corp. (US$6 billion), which is a U.S. based corporation traded pu
blicly on NYSE: pcp. The AIC plant manufactures precision aerospace fasteners an
d wing box studs from high temperature exotic metals such as titanium, 718 nicke
l alloys, and 17 other high performance materials. Company operations include h
ot heading, hot forging, CNC machining, grinding, plating, heat treat and 10 oth
er processes performed within 2 manufacturing plants (185,000 sq. ft.) operated
in Southern California.
* Full P&L responsibility continually increasing revenues over 5 years by $118 m
illion and increasing EBIT 72% with lean continuous improvement kaizen events th
roughout the organization.
* Develop budgets and financial forecasts that deliver improved EBIT results qua
rterly.

* Improved cash flow 16% increasing inventory turns 5 times by increasing touch
time, reducing WIP and aggressive A/R collections to 33 days and A/P to 65 days.

Air Industries is a privately held manufacturer of exotic metal components sold
to commercial and military companies worldwide. The AIC plant located in Garden
Grove, California has been in operation since 1967 and the Company was privatel
y founded in 1952.

* Directed a highly profitable $65M, multi-plant manufacturing operation with 39

* Directed a highly profitable $10M manufacturing operation, Air Tuf Products in
Phoenix, Arizona manufacturing aircraft installation tooling.
* Directed 11 plant owned commercial real estate properties on a separate P&L wi
th revenues of $38M in California and Arizona. Managed lease agreements/negotiat
ions, tenant improvements, cash management, taxes, insurance and new building co
nstruction. Generated EBIT improvements quarterly with successful cash managemen
t, increased rents and cost cutting.
