r representative, scanned documents into computer system, electronically and phy
sically filed documents, assembled brochures, sent and received mail. Work was
part time and temporary, and I was seeking full time employment. (Hired by Elite
Staffing)
October 2004 - October 2007 - Independent Insura
nce Agent - AFLAC - Obtained insurance license in September 2004, and contracted
with AFLAC for sales of AFLAC health and life policies. Work was 100% commissi
on. Also Independent Herbalife Distributor - Attempted home business for supple
ment sales. Not steady income.
March 2003 - May 2004 - Area Manager for Pioneer
Commercial Cleaning, Oversaw and inspected accounts in which Pioneer contracted
cleaning. Trained and disciplined staff as needed, investigated customer compl
aints, and provided prompt responses. While I was with Pioneer, the retention o
f my accounts was 100%.
October 1997 - January 2003 - Account Manager fo
r Clean Power, LLC, managing the account at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MC
W) - a medical research facility and medical school, and before that, the JC Pen
ney Distribution Center - a two million square foot facility. A total of 47 peo
ple, including six supervisors on all three shifts reported to me, and at JC Pen
ney - approximately 30 people reported to me. I also was required to meet with
32 contacts in various departments monthly, and at JC Penney as well, ensuring t
hat their cleaning needs were met and even exceeded. (Ending salary: $31,000/yea

July 1979 - May 1994 - Customer Service Speciali
st for M&I Data Services (now Metevante). Took customer calls and was a trouble
shooting specialist for problems with various data and application systems that
M&I Data provided. Left when my 2nd child was born due to high child care cos
ts. In the 3 year interim, I ran my own home child care to help with household
income.
