, city planners, civil engineers, contractors, site supervisors, internal constr
uction and marketing teams.
* Managed entire construction development projects for over 33 buildings at a c
ost of approximately $1.5M.
* Worked with all consultants, engineers, and construction crews from ground br
eaking to end-user service in building of the 1.7M square ft. Pacific Shores Cen
ter in Redwood City, California. This was the largest commercial construction pr
oject in Northern California during 2000 - 2004.
* Reduced constant flow of unfulfilled service orders to zero within first 18 m
onths as outside plant manager.
* Supported marketing department by working directly with customers, thus assis
ting in generating millions of dollars in telephone and data line revenue.
