As the Project Manager representing IT PMO I am leading the SDLC for
the implementation of Reflexis Retail Workforce Task Management
product. Develop project plans, support plan, budget tracking,
resources, deployment and infrastructure installation in a hosted
environment as well as software installation and configuration and
testing. Full Project reporting responsibilities for Change
Management, Release Management and status reporting to the Executive
Leadership.

Lead Business Analyst and PM for Oracle HRMS and North American
Payroll, Kronos and Time and Attendance systems. I was responsible
for Human Capital Data and payroll processing for 10,000 employees
throughout the U.S. As the Project Manager I drove Oracle HRMS
enhancement projects that included a number of business intelligence
enhancements such as Employee Self Service, Online Check Advices,
Online W2 Reporting as well as infrastructure upgrades with HR
Advanced Benefits and Manager and Employee Portals. Gatekeeper for
Change Management, testing and validation, for system patches and
upgrades. I was selected as the Project Manager for Kronos Workforce
Timekeeper Implementations, and full SDLC as well as budget and
resource planning.
As Project Manager I managed full SDLC for the development Web Based
Payroll Product with outsourced IT Consultants. I served as the
Subject Matter Expert for the development process as well as for
State and local taxation configuration development and multi-state
and SUI payrolls.
ACH set up and transmissions for bank and tax processing for over
4000 US Clients. Extensive experience with Payroll Service Bureaus
