·Deputy General Manager – Human Resource and Administration
Since June 2007 working with JITF. JITF is a part of O.P. Jindal Group,
India’s largest tubular producer, with over Rs. 7000 crore in turnover, Jindal
Saw Ltd. is a flagship company of the Rs. 40,000 crore OP Jindal group. ITF
stands for Infrastructure, Transportation, and Fabrication. Organized in late
2006, Jindal ITF is a 100%-owned subsidiary of Jindal Saw which owns and
operates businesses in three segments of the Indian economy which
management believes offer significant opportunities for growth. These
include water, wastewater, and solid waste management businesses; domestic
transportation and logistics businesses; and transportation equipment
fabrication businesses. Within these three areas, Jindal ITF is developing five
businesses which have significant growth opportunities.

· Additional Manager – HR with Reliance group since November. 2002 to June


@007. Working since in take over of business merger environment to the
integration of two large business entities into one organization The
responsibility includes managing organization design, ascertaining skill sets
for jobs, headcount and manning, managing environment and culture,

· Assistant Manager – HR & Admin with Mayar India Ltd from December 2001 to
November 2002. Mayar India Ltd is an Indian MNC with Group turnover of Rs.
800 Cr. Mayar is conglomerate of companies engaged in diverse activities
from International trading to Agriculture products, Bio-Technology and
pharmaceuticals & having acquired international repute is relentlessly
contributing to the growth of Indian economy. Mayar Papers flagship company
of the Mayar group controls over 1/3rd market share of newsprint imported
into India.Mayar Timber is one of the largest importer of high class Timber
logs into India.Mayar India is manufacturing & marketing sivananda range of
Ayurvedic products in its most modern manufacturing facility of (WHO) GMP
standards
· Worked with Schefenacker Motherson Ltd as Section Manager – HR since
September 1999 to December 2001.SML a (Q.S. 9000 Company) is a joint
venture between Schefenacker AG – Germany & Motherson India.
Schefenacker – AG is the largest shareholder of rear view system in the world
market. Motherson India is a 500 crore group involved in design and
automotive component manufacturing. Schefenacker Motherson is involved in
design & manufacturing of rear view mirrors. The Customers are MARUTI,
FORD (India) & TOYOTA (India). Beside Mirror Company is also manufacturing
cables (Used in Mirrors) for all the Schefenacker Company & exporting it to
Germany USA, UK, Australia, France & Brazil. Company’s turnover is 16 crores
& 200 employees are working in it.

· Officer – HR with Flex Group of companies from September – 1995 to August


1999. Flex a 600 crore group integrated set up for manufacturing flexible
packing laminates.
