tilizing a General Contractor and subcontractor base and then transitioning to i

cting with local Community Management team, Development Director, and Air Force

Shea Homes - Trilogy
Manage the operations of large Active Adult Community delivering up to 200 new h
omes per year with direct oversight of land development, construction, and custo
mer services staffs as well as a large contractor base.

Oversight of construction operations of numerous, large residential communities
from planning stages, infrastructure development, to final delivery for #1 publi
cly traded builder. Led a large direct and indirect team of staff.
* Projects included Pulte Home traditional as well as Del Webb Active Adult comm
unities.
* Managed commercial construction of large, $20M Community Center that included
pools and recreation centers.
* Investigated and negotiated with local contractor base for all horizontal and
vertical development and construction.
* Worked hand-in-hand with Purchasing Manager to create material takeoffs and co
