Area Builder Sales Manager / Builder Branch Manager National Builder Division
Targeted new business opportunities within the Bay/Greater Bay area proactively
identified and contacted high-level builder executives to initiate partnerships
. Cultivated new accounts, serving as primary liaison between Wells Fargo and bu
ilders. Organized and led engagements to exchange information/concerns and to re

As Branch Manager, recruited, hired, and led Home Mortgage Consultant (HMC) sale
s team and support staff. Assigned annual volume and production targets to HMCs,

review of operating, office, and supply expenses. Facilitated staff meetings to
instill focus on goals and customer service, and communicate with senior manage

Captured JV partnership (competing with Countrywide) with John Laing Homes by w
orking with its Bay Area President for 16 months developed a positive rapport s

between builder and Wells Fargo.

Operations Manager to develop strong customer service strategies and served as
