Privately owned and operated optometrist's office specializing in
both eyeglasses and contact lenses; only area optometrist to accept
state subsidized Medicare/Medicaid; operations supported by 7
employees.
Operations Assistant
Facilitated progressive shutdown in operations with responsibility
for sorting and identifying data files and documentation for storage,
distribution (to other optometrists) and destruction (consistent with
federal and state laws effecting tax records; communicated with
patients, insurance companies and vendors providing information
regarding office operating status.

facilitated closing process and post-closing affairs through
