Representative Originations and Dates of Involvement:
KBR 2007 to Present- KBR Facility Operations/Lead Operations Specialist IRAQ (c
urrent position) : Maintains the daily inspection schedule for the Facility Mai
ntenance Operations, works closely with the Base Command Group, Camp Commandants
, and Operations to coordinate daily schedules to have facilities inspected and
maintenance inspections to maintain and keep all buildings up to code of standar
ds per direction of the Scope of Work. Complete daily reports, inspection packet
s, daily reports to Project Management, Site Management, and also up load inform
ation into daily programs to be reviewed and sent to Head Quarters. Performing a
dministrative duties, maintaining files, tracking safety reports, maintaining wo
rking operations folders for on going preventative maintenance inspections, tech
nical inspections, new construction projects and quarterly maintenance inspectio
ns, to insure that all buildings and structures are in a safe and functional env
ironment for the clients. Updating and maintaining progress on new construction
activities on base, following the schedule and making sure that the project is o
n schedule per the guidelines given my the customer. Preparing daily reports on
progress for on going projects which are up loaded to Project Management and Ope
rations. Following and submitting all material requisitions that are needed to c
omplete the scheduled work and making sure that we are within cost that is allot
ted for the job.
Customer Service Specialist/Service Desk IRAQ: (Appointed Night Shift Lead)-Over
see and perform the on going nightly functions of the department; which assists
in the identification of client/customer needs ,to be able to determine the app
ropriate work process to identify those needs, which does include but not limite
d to: entering the work order into STEAM, working with the outer department/trad
es to assure that this process is done in a professional and timely manner and t
hat is does follow with in the guidelines of the S.O.W ( Scope of Work). Have ex
tensive training in the Maximo (STEAM) program, Excel, Microsoft, Power Point an
d Microsoft programs. Performed and assisted with the functions of the Grounding
/Bonding and Task Force Safe work orders and reports.
Chisolm Trail Water Distribution: Senior Admin/Asst to General Manager 2008: Mai
ntained working project files; prepared board packets and presentations, updated
the Board and General Manager with progress, financial status of on going proje
cts, assisted with customer service situations as well as managing the front off
ice staff. Prepared daily graphs and charts, maintained and filed easement and c
ounty paper work with the county clerks office. Assisted with legal filing, engi
neering blue prints and coordinating all office functions as well as working wit
h a consulting company to begin a customer service training program for staffing
and management to maintain and establish better office atmosphere for the incom
ing and outgoing customer relations.
KBR Base Services; Tikrit Iraq: Senior Administrative Associate assisting Base S
ervices and Chief of Services with the day to day operations which include: buil
ding and maintaining data base for ACL, LOTD and IHP projects for the daily cons
tructions that took place on the whole camp, maintaining all on going files , ma
king sure that all appointments are updated and distributed to the proper attend
ees, proof reading and sending reports, building weekly slide shows, tracking pr
ogress reports and providing on going support for the new structure of the depar
tment that replaced the existing construction department when both departments m
erged together. Was senior lead over the administrative staff for the all of th
e O&M Trades to assure that all administrative staff was working in accordance w
ith in their guidelines of their departments and assured that all O&M offices ar
e following their work directives and guidelines when performing their daily tas
ks.
KBR Electrical O&M Department IRAQ; Assisted the supervisor with the daily funct
ions of the department; which included dispatching out all emergency calls, dist
ributing incoming work orders, building slide shows, maintaining all office file
s, data entry, maintaining data base for pending and ongoing work orders, provi
de progress reports, along with building and distributing all interdepartmental
reports.
KBR Base Operations IRAQ; Processed incoming and outgoing work orders for all co
nstruction trades dispatched all emergency calls to the construction trades. Wor
ked with Camp Management and other Senior leaders for day in and day out activit
ies to keep the function of the Military Base complete by maintaining reports, p
ower point presentations and scheduling meetings with the Military and Sub-Contr
actors.
Paraprofessional; Lampasas School District Texas; 2003-2006: Work with children
with special needs. Work closely with children that have attention deficit, ment
al health, and disciplinary problems.
Smile Care Dental Office 2002-2003: Front desk supervisor/treatment coordinator,
assisted with incoming and out-going patients, schedules, received payments as
well as went out treatment and options with the patient, verified insurance. Thi
s was an office that catered to military dependent patient as well as retired mi
litary.
Longhorn Dental 2001-2003: Front Desk Coordinator/Treatment Plan Coordinator for
multi-practice company as well as chair side assisted when needed. Verified ins
urance, scheduled patient care and well as treatment plan preparation. Assisted
with contracted Oral Surgeons PRN weekends in several locations for the company,
as well as pre-op and post-op instructions and care.
Clinic Nurse Aide/Medical Asst; Scott & White Memorial Hospital; 1994-2000: Resp
onsibilities were to schedule appointments for 2 surgical departments. This incl
uded but not limited to verifying insurance coverage, scheduling surgery times,
lab and x-rays for patients, performed post-op and pre-op follow ups which I ass
isted in wound checks, performed suture removal, and went over surgical release
and home care information with the patient. Assisted when needed in the Oral Sur
gery department with post-op, pre-op and patient care, also managed the front of
fice/patient services as PRN.
Customer Service Manager; Wal-Mart; Texas; 1989-1994: Responsibly were to manage
customer service desk and supervise all cashiers. She was responsible for sche
duling to ensure sufficient coverage for each shift. Also responsible for orien
tation and training of all new hire employees.

Completed several Customer Service training programs and Manager Programs ,have
worked closely with several consulting companies to build and maintain customer
service/manager programs with the companies that I have been employed with.
