ments from the official document repository, create an Excel chart of them, colo
r-coded as to their current approval status
o The application would then scan the documents for all feature or targeted-prob
lem numbers, pull the official tickets for these features/problems and create an
other color-coded chart as to the current status of them
o This application ran hourly in the background and the charts were made availab
le as an intranet link so that anyone in the company could easily check our curr
ent project status at a glance
