behalf of the Governor's Office and Sworn Statements.
*Chosen member of the Governor's Compliance Committee responsible for the overse
eing of sub-grantees' use of funds granted to Puerto Rico under the State Fiscal
Stabilization Fund (SFSF ARRA funds) managed by the United States Department of
Education ("USDE").
*In charge of drafting all Memoranda of Understanding between the sub-grantees a
nd the Governor's Office for receipt and uses of the SFSF ARRA funds.
*As part of the Governor's Compliance Committee, maintained contact with the USD
E Office which supervised the use of the SFSF Funds in Puerto Rico. Personally
met with members of said the USDE Office in their visit to Puerto Rico with the
assignment to discuss the content of Memoranda of Agreement, the status of the E
xecutive Agencies' compliance and the strategy to guarantee continued compliance

*Liaison between the Governor's Legal Counsel's Office and the Puerto Rico Depar
tment of Justice in public policy cases, both in Federal and State Court, includ
ing Age Discrimination cases filed by the Ombudsman for the Elderly.

ion Advisor for evaluation of the findings made by the USDE regarding the Puerto
