I have been working from home managing various personal financial investments, i
ncluding stock options, equity investments and miscellaneous financial vehicles.
I filed my own corporate income tax returns for my business activities. I hav
e also done research concerning other business opportunities such as internet af
filiate marketing and promotion.

Controller for North American Division
I was responsible for all facets of accounting and financial reporting for the U
S and Canadian subsidiaries of this multinational biotech company. Additionally
, I supervised staff members in preparation of income tax schedules and sales ta
x returns for these subsidiaries. I first began as Accounting Manager in 1994 w
ith two staff members reporting to me, and subsequently participated with manage
ment in overseeing the growth of this segment of the Company from sales of $10.5
million up to approximately $150 million.
I became Corporate Controller for North America in 1996 after assisting in the C
ompany's initial public offering on the NASDAQ stock exchange. Staff members re
porting directly to my office included the Accounting Manager, Senior Staff Acco
untants, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Supervisors and the Corporate
Purchasing Agent, with total departmental staff of up to 20 people. I also had
the responsibility for preparing the international consolidated financial statem
ents for the first two years after going public and coordinating the annual comp
any-wide financial statement audits until a Manager of SEC Reporting was hired,
who reported to me for another three years before being promoted to a direct pos
ition under the Corporate CFO.
As a member of the senior management group for North America I worked with other
managers in preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual budgets, and in variou
s company-wide projects related to growth requirements, including the planning a
nd implementation of enterprise-wide financial and operational software programs
