* Responsible for the construction management process, to include sourcing engin
eering and construction solutions as well as landlord and municipality review an
d approval.
* Successfully saved nearly 40% of the equipment budget through negotiations and
service-contract review.
* Managing the transition from temporary common-area mall locations to fully con
structed inline and/or micro-salon locations of 100-location client; to include
multi-tiered landlord and municipality approval.

er development and management Company in the United States. The Company's core
business is developing and operating 200 shopping centers totaling 200 million s

* Responsible for direct supervision of 4 Business Development Group Vice Presid
ents and 42 individual dealmakers throughout the Eastern, Southeastern and Midwe
stern U.S. with a total of $110,000,000 in Leasing Income and $10,000,000 in bud
geted expense.
* Tasked with creating departmental sales metrics, as well as a layered push rep
orting procedure for performance management.
* Responsible for the direct management of our departmental Systems Manager. Di
rectly accountable for the accuracy and analysis of all business reporting.
* Created and led the initiative to develop a street vending program in our Balt
imore Festival Marketplace. Worked with the company legal & development teams i

ated contract between General Growth & city of Baltimore, and guided the aesthet

* Responsible for reviewing all potential business deals for P&L impact, balanci
ng income with landlord expense - short- and long-term.
* Oversaw the bidding, review and installation of comprehensive Building Managem
ent System which automated HVAC and interior and exterior lighting. This projec
t included authoring entire electrical usage program to strictly coincide with m
all traffic patterns.
* Oversaw several major mall construction projects, to include: parking lot resu
rfacing of 7-acre lot, replacement of parking deck expansion joints, reroofing o
f entire facility, and liaising with tenant General Contractors and Architects.
* Responsible for entire $4,000,000 CAM budget, to include documentation for yea
rly tenant reconciliations.
* Participated on task force to determine the retail and residential direction f
or Columbia planned-community development. This planning included all amenities
and green space, as well as, considerations for Meriwether Post Pavilion and th
e Mall in Columbia.
