Wallace, Esq., of The Wallace Law Group, P.L. (hereinafter the Counsel), do hereby file its Motion of Extension of Time and do hereby allege as follows: 1. Defendant had interviewed with attorneys in order to retain an attorney that was within her means. 2. The undersigned Counsel was retained by Defendant on May 6, 2011.

3. Due to the recent retention by Defendant, the undersigned Counsel request an extension of time to ascertain all facts and answer the Complaint or otherwise file a responsive pleading in this matter. 4. A proposed Order is attached as Exhibit A.

5. Defendant requests a thirty (30) day extension from the date of the Order to answer the Complaint. WHEREFORE, the Defendant hereby requests that this Honorable Court grant an order extending the time to file a responsive pleading to Plaintiffs Complaint, and any other relief at law or equity that this court may deem proper and permissible.
