3. The piece must be an original Filipino music (OPM) by a Filipino composer, artist or
band.

4. Use of Multiplex is not allowed. The group may either use a tape or CD.
5. Only one song must be sung. Lip synch is not allowed. 6. Performers must wear appropriate and descent attire.

7. Except of pyrotechnics, any of props is allowed.

8. There will be no time limit for every performance. However medley is not allowed. Criteria: 1. Mastery 35% 2. Choreography and costume 35% 3. Choice of Piece 20%

1. The participants are given a chance to prepare a five minutes speech on the topic
they have picked. 2. A topic is picked by a contestant three (3) minutes before his delivery, which must not exceed three (3) minutes. 3. The remaining participants shall draw their questions at 3 minutes interval to ensure fairness among the rest.

4. The delivery must have a minimum of two (2) minutes and a maximum of three (5)
minutes. The timer will ring the bell for two times thirty (1) minute before the end of the time limit. For one time a bell is rung at the end of five-minute time limit. One (1) point will be deducted from the total score for every ten (10) seconds exceeded and a fraction thereof. 5. The style of delivery may be conversational, oratorical or combination of both. 6. Only TAGALOG is allowed in explaining the topic.
