Objective of the Training:

This training plan is an effort to synergize teachers training modules and align them to the concepts, objectives and activities, to implement the different academic policies of the Management. Our Academy, endeavors to put forward technical know-how and add new dimensions to the new comprehensive capsule of training of teachers, by developing new ideas, methods inclusive concept of inter and intra communication competencies so that, the teachers take more humane interest in their students and develop their personality with fresh various capacities. We at Raisoni Academy believe that, it is imperative for the college teachers to improve their own emotional intelligence, in order to develop students sensitivity and guide them by moulding their value-based behavior, to progress in coming days. The future will necessitate the transformation of college education into a pleasurable process. The new band of college teachers will have to encourage the students curiosity and make them think with reason. Content structure given herein envisages, surveys, learning seminars, selflearning habits for the teacher-trainees, including psychology and research, underlining the importance of computer aided information technology. Four Pillars of Learning: Classroom Management, Creative Teaching with Assignments , Projects for students & Experimental Learning: Co-curricular activities like games, sports and other cadre building programs. PROFILE OF THE CORE TRAINERS:


1. Mr. Mahadev Shastri, Executive Director and Chief Trainer:
He started his career as an Educationist and joined the Indian Revenue Service, in 1969. Apart from stints in the Revenue Service, he was the Chief Finance Manager, in NMTC, New Delhi. On reversion he went into Training and Development till the year 2000. He was the, Additional Director General of National Academy of Direct Taxes. After taking voluntary retirement, he went into full time Management Training and was a resource person for organization development. He specialized in Management of Training and delivery of Training, from the University of Manachester. His Core Expertise area is Management of Training, Training Design , Delivery Methodology andTraining need analysis. He has around 25 Years of wide experience, in conducting Training Programs at, National and International Level.

2. Mr. Yasin Sheikh, Director.


He possesses Teaching experience of more than 10 -years and Managerial / Industrial experience of 15 years, He has worked as a Principal, ICFAI National College and Regional Training & Placement Director at ICFAI Regional Office. As regards the Management Training Experience; he has been Management Trainer for various educational institutes in Vidarbha and to his credit, conducting of more than 200 programs on Personality Development, for students and faculties. He has also worked as Corporate Trainer for BSNL, Pifer Pharma and Soni Polymers. Amongst the innovations done in teaching methodology; he has been instrumental in designing training modules on Teachers presentation skills, shaping of attitude of Primary Teachers. New concepts of Live Project and Operation Workout were introduced for the students. He has also held more than 25 Corporate Panel Discussion.

3. Dr. S.W. Kulkarni :


Qualifications: MD (Paediatrics), MA(Sociology), MA (Psychology) LLB. During the total service experience of more than 42- Years, he has held many senior posts in Government and Academic Circles. He started his career as Lecturer in 1966; served as Associate Professor from: 1970 to 1979 and was Professor from 1979 to 1995. He was Dean at GMC, Mumbai & Nagpur from: 1995 to 2005. He was elevated to the post of VICE-CHANCELLOR, in 2006, at D. Y. Patil, University (Deemed Status), Kolhapur. Apart from teaching, he has special interests in Mind Healing Sciences, Administration in Health & Hospital etc. Important highlights of his illustrious career are WHO Fellowship MCH-1980, Rockfellor, USA Sponsorship in Clinical Epidemiology. A noted counselor, widely travelled across the Globe, his core area is Qualitative Teaching.

Mrs.Anagha Ambekar:

Currently working as Principal, GH Raisoni International Academy for Creative Teaching, Nagpur. Qualifications: M.Sc., M.Ed., CET (Education), M.Phil, and Pursuing Ph.D. Total working experience is 20 years. Key Training Areas : Microteaching Planning, Classroom Management, Role Play. Awarded, VIDYABHUSHAN by Maharashtra State in 2003.
