COMPLAINANT WAS INSIDE OF HIS RESIDENCE WHEN HE WAS SHOT MULTIPLE TIMES BY AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT OR SUSPECTS. COMPLAINANT DIED AS A RESULT OF THE GUN SHOT WOUNDS. COMPLAINANT WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED BY DFD. SEE RELATEDSERVICE NUMBER 157671Y. ********** WITNESS WAS ALSO SHOT BY THE UNKNOWN SUSPECT AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO METHODIST CENTRAL HOSPITAL.
