Facilitator Pat Yeoh Pat is one of the Managing Consultant in PM Resources Sdn Bhd. With more than 10 years experience in management of the outsourcing practice, human resource consulting and personnel management, she also advises clients in business processes outsourcing. Her portfolio ranges from multinationals, local conglomerate, small medium size companies and MSC status companies. She specialises in the design, development and implementation of tailored-made business models to meet clients' outsourcing requirements. Pat has spoken and presented at a number of HR seminars, conferences and workshops. She was also the consultant and technical reviewer / author for several publications by CCH Malaysia. Pat is also an avid writer and contributor to the New Straits Times Appointment Pages, the Ascent Section of The Sun newspapers and the CCH Malaysian Employers Bulletin. She has also appeared on the TV3 Malaysia Hari Ini Talk Show. She possesses a Graduate Diploma in Financial Management and a Bachelor of Economics. Pat is also a life member of Persatuan Ekonomi Malaysia.

course Fee Fee is payable to: Mia-MPdc for programmes in the Klang Valley MalaYsiaN iNstitute oF accouNtaNts for programmes in other locations. Fee includes course materials, lunch and 2 tea breaks per day. Admittance will only be permitted upon receipt of full payment. Registration made by fax must be followed immediately by payment. caNcellatioN / traNsFer Upon registering, participant(s) are considered successfully enrolled in the event. Should participant(s) decide to cancel / transfer their enrollment; a cancellation /transfer fee will be levied. Written cancellations/transfer notice received: Five (5) working days before the event, a refund (less an administrative charge of 20%) will be made. For no-show on the day of the event, no refund will be entertained. You can substitute an alternate participant(s) if you wish to avoid cancellation / transfer charges. Any difference in fee charges will be charged accordingly.
