Terms and Conditions

Calculation of Volume Incentive is based on Gross sales and shall EXCLUDE 7 days trial period terminations.

30 days, 60 days and 90 days payout are based on ACTIVE lines at the point of incentive calculation.

For all the lines activated between March 1st and May 31st 2011, collection of RM100 activation fees MUST be bank-in within 3 working days from the date of activation. Failing which, NO incentive will be paid out to the respective lines.

Shall there be any fraudulent cases discovered within the campaign period, Maxis has the final right to CLAW BACK the payout incentive and PENALIZE the involved parties.
