NARRATIVE
ON 06/22/2011 AT ABOUT 6:40P.M., RO RESPONDED OT THE LISTED LOCATION REGARDING A DISTURBANCE. UPON ARRIVAL, THE COMP TOLD RO THAT WHILE HE AND WIT #3 WERE WALKING OUTSIDE OF THE RECREATION CENTER, THE LISTED SUSPS APPROACHED THEM. SUSP #1 STATED TO THE COMP AND WIT #3 "WHERE THE MONEY AT." SUSP#1 THEN STARTED TO PAT ON THE POCKETS OF WIT#3 SHORTS. WIT#3 TOLD SUSP #1 THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY MONEY. THE COMP TOLD RO THAT HE THEN RAISED UP HIS SHIRT TO SHOW SUSP#1 THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY POCKETS. AT THAT POINT THE SUSPS BEGIN PUNCHING THE COMP. THE COMP STATED THAT DURING THE ASSAULT HE WAS ALSO PUSHED UP AGAINST THE WALL INWHICH HE HIT HIS HEAD. THE SUSPS STOP ASSAULTING THE COMP WHEN WIT#1, WHO IS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE RECREATION CENTER, WAS APPROACHING THEM. WIT#1 STATED THAT HE HEARD THE SUSPS DEMANDING MONEY AND ASSAULTING THE COMP. THE SUSPS FLED THE LISTED AREA BEFORE ROS ARRIVED. ROS SEARCHED THE AREA BUT WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE THE SUSPS. RO OBSERVED THAT THE COMP'S MOUTH WAS SWALLOW FROM THE ASSAULT. THE COMP REFUSED MEDICAL TREATMENT. ROS NOTIFIED WIT#2, WHO IS A FAMILY MEMBER, WHO INTURN CAME TO THE LISTED LOCATION. NFI.. END OF ELEMENTS
