Dear Mr Giacomelli, Following our personal conversation of 9 March, we are pleased to submit herewith the proposal regarding the position of Show Assistant. Introduction Impacto Employment Agency exists since 1988 and is part of the Impacto group, which has, as its main services recruitment, selection, contracting of personnel, placement of temporary employees and outsourcing of cleaning and security. Currently our group employs approximately 700 persons. Temporary employees and detachment The employees will in first instance be selected, screened and recruited by our agency in a formal interview at our office. A criminal record check will be carried out for those whom make the final selection at your offices, the candidates will be made aware early in the recruitment process that a criminal check will be required and that they will have to submit to these backgrounds check for employment eligibility. Based on the following selection criteria we will make our first selection: Checking educational background and achievements; verification of certificates. Verification of recommendation letters and employment history. Personal skills, qualities and characteristics required for the particular positions: e.g. responsible, mature, incorruptible, guest-friendly attitude, analytical and intuition skills, ability to deal effectively in different sensitive situations. Testing conversation & correspondence levels; testing written and oral skills and if necessary also in English, Spanish or other required foreign languages. Sufficient computer skills. No physical disabilities that will influence job performance. If necessary for we can also perform a criminal background check. Beside the criteria mentioned here above the candidates have to meet all essential criteria as described in the job description submitted by your company to be eligible to progress to the next stage of the selection procedure where your company will do the final selection. Outsourcing Impacto will employ all employees, and will take care of their salary administration and the payments of this, including payment of all compulsory taxes and social security deductions, including any other secondary benefits as retirement plans, etc. We will insure all employees in accordance with the legal regulations for medical expenses and loss of income. Payment of salaries and invoicing to your company will be on a by-weekly basis. Payment will be within 14 days after invoicing. We will invoice only the actual hours that the employees have worked. If you do not have your own registration system we can provide the necessary timesheets. On these timesheets each employee will administrate their labor hours. The employer will authorize the timesheet for final approval before it is submitted back to Impacto. Without the final authorization the timesheet will not be processed for payroll. In case an official holiday will be on a normal weekday, this will be paid out and invoiced according to existing legislation. Sickness, vacation or any other absence of leave will not be charged. You also have the right to terminate the assignment of the employee at any time, without any additional costs.

The hourly rate consists out of the gross hourly salary of the employee and other additional deductions, premiums: The gross salary of the temporary employee. Reservation for vacation days. The employers part of AOV/AWW. (Social security deductions) The premium for medical expenses and loss of income at the Social Insurance Bank. The premium of accident insurance at the Social Insurance Bank. The employers part of the premium for AVBZ. Based upon the total amount above Impacto will calculate an additional percentage for recruitment, selection, administration, pay rolling, risk and profit. For the position of Show Assistant the hourly rate will be between 10,00 and 12,00 U.S. dollar based upon education and work experience and working hours (night shifts) Gross hourly wage daily shifts Nafl.10,00 (5,60 US Dollar) Gross hourly wage dark hours Nafl.12,00 (6,74 US Dollar) Daily shifts is between 07.00-23.00 Dark hours is between 23.00-07.00 Deposit We require a deposit which is approximately 1 month of the expected invoice Recruitment and Selection If you would rather hire the employee directly and offer a contract instead of outsourcing we will invoice a recruitment fee, which will be a 1-month gross salary income. Otherwise the employee can be hired without any additional costs after completing a 6-month outsource term. In case that you assign us to recruit personnel to work directly on your payroll, we also work on nocure no pay basis. This means that we will only charge you the moment you have signed a contract with your new employee. Our standard fee is 1-month gross salary, for positions up to the social limit income (Social/ medical Insurance Bank limit per 1 January 2009 is Nafl.4.764,50,- per month and 2 months gross salary for higher positions.
