1.2 Programme Highlights Industry experts including The Flying Dutchman as well as Senior Management from Standard Chartered Consumer Banking Singapore will guide the apprentices through a series of seminars, activities and challenges.

2. Frequently Asked Questions

Q. When is the Young Apprentice Programme? A. 23 June 25 June 2011 (both dates inclusive).

Q. What is the daily schedule for each day? A. The programme is from 8.45am 6pm on Thursday and Friday, and 8.45am 3pm on Saturday.

Q. Are there any costs involved to join this programme? A. No, there are no costs involved. We understand that as a Priority Banking customer, your family is your greatest asset and hence we made your children our priority. We have created a comprehensive programme dedicated to equipping them with skills to give them a head start to the corporate world.

Q. What does the apprentice need to bring everyday? A. Apprentices will be encouraged to bring: Calculator Laptop (if possible) Indemnity and Model Release Forms (on Day 1) 3 to 5 solid coloured tops (on Day 2)

Q. Will meals be provided during the programme? A. Yes, lunch and 2 tea breaks will be provided.

Q. What will the apprentice learn during the programme? A. The Young Apprentice Programme will equip the apprentices with marketing and investment basis and soft skills such as grooming and presentation techniques. Q. Are there any prizes to be won? What are the prize categories? A. Yes, there will be prizes. Best Young Apprentice Programme Team 3 Best Apprentices Most Creative Apprentice Most Enthusiastic Apprentice Most Well-groomed Apprentice

In addition, everyone will walk away with a Participation certificate

Q. What are the prizes? A. The 3 Best apprentices will win prized two months internships with Standard Chartered Bank. Other prizes include shopping vouchers and other attractive prizes.

Q. What happens if the apprentice skips a day of the programme? A. All apprentices must attend all two and a half days. Please note that Participation Certificates would only be given to Apprentices who have attended the full programme.

Q. Are there any outdoor activities? A. No, there will be no outdoor activities involved.

MODEL RELEASE FORM 1. I (the Model), agree to participate in the photograph session(s) organised by Standard Chartered Bank (the Bank) from the 23rd of June to the 25th of June 2011 and I consent to photograph(s) being taken of me at the said photograph session(s). 2. I hereby grant the Bank, its representatives, assigns and/or parties acting with the Bank's authority and permission, the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, amend, modify, adapt, rework and/or reproduce (collectively, Use) the photograph(s) (Photographs) taken of me at the photograph session(s) in any manner or form whatsoever, either wholly or in part, in any medium and/or through any channel of distribution, in conjunction with any work for the purposes as intended by and/or for the benefit of the Bank, free of any encumbrances. 3. I hereby waive any rights that I may have to select, inspect or approve the Photographs in its current or finished form, the context and purposes for which it is used, the medium on which it is reproduced, and/or the channel through which it is distributed.
