1 Mount XPack latch

Mounting using VESA bracket keyholes

a. Using the four screws supplied, mount the


VESA bracket to the back of the monitor
(See Fig. A) Kensington lock

b. Connect Keyboard, Ethernet, VGA and power


cables to XPack (Fig. B)

Note: please use the screws included


in the package. Use of longer screws
may cause damage to the monitor.

c. Align the four bottom keyholes on the back of


the XPack with the four standoffs on the VESA
bracket (Fig. C)
d. Slide down XPack until fully seated (Fig. D)
e. Proceed to Step 2

Mounting using XPack stand
If VESA mount on the monitor is not available, you can use the stand to mount the XPack
vertically.
Note that placing the XPack horizontally on the table
without the stand may overheat the unit.

Follow these steps:


a. Thread the Keyboard, Ethernet, VGA and
power cables through the stand opening (Fig. A)
b. Connect the cables to the XPack (Fig. B)
c. Align the two bottom keyholes on the back of
the XPack with the two standoffs on the stand
(Fig. B)
d. Slide XPack down until fully seated (Fig. C)
e. Proceed to Step 2 Figure A

2 Connect to monitor
Locate VGA connector in the back of the moni-
tor and connect the other end of the VGA cable,
then fasten the screws.

3 Connect mouse to keyboard


Locate USB port on the left or right side of the
keyboard and connect the mouse to it.
Note, that the mouse will function on either port.

4 Network connections
Locate Ethernet wall jack and plug the other end
of the Ethernet cable into it.

5 Connect power
Locate AC wall outlet and plug the AC cord.
6 Power it up
Proceed to power up the unit by pressing the power button.

You should see alternating yellow-green LED activity, at the end Power LED
of which the LED should settle in the green state.

7 Register XPack
When the unit first comes up, a dialog box appears asking you to attach your XPack to the
account you’ve created.

Register XPack

I want to use XPack without associating it with an accout.

* Please note that without associating your XPack with an account, you will not be able to
manage it remotely. If you haven’t created an account yet, you can do so at
