1-Day workshop on

Contract Drafting The Technicalities and Legalities

Workshop Synopsis
Contract drafting is both an art and science. Merely referring to templates or specimens without having the technical skills and legal knowledge to address the specific needs of a particular project could result in disastrous consequences. This workshop endeavours to provide a proper training platform for construction professionals and practitioners in the field of contract drafting by imparting the necessary technical skills and requisite legal knowledge. At the end of the workshop, the participants would be able to identify common loopholes and pitfalls in contract drafting, address critical clauses in the conditions of contract and draft contractual letters, documents and submittals.
