Instructions
a.

The Client(s) may nominate any person by filling in the Nomination registration form.

b.

In case of joint accounts, all the account holders must affix their signatures.

c.

Nominee Photo is Mandatory and should be signed across the photo.

d.

The nomination can be made only by individuals holding beneficiary accounts on their own behalf singly or jointly. Nonindividuals, including societies, trust, body corporates, partnership firm, karta of HUF, or holder of power of attorney cannot
nominate.

e.

A minor can be nominated. In that event, the name and address of the guardian of the minor nominee along with
photographs of the guardian and minor must be provided by the beneficial owner(s). However the guardian of the minor
should not be the account holder(s).

f.

A non-resident Indian can be a Nominee, subject to the exchange controls in force, from time to time.

g.

Nomination in respect of a beneficiary account stands rescinded upon closure of the beneficiary account. Similarly, the
nomination in respect of the securities shall stand terminated upon transfer of the securities.

h.

The transfer of securities in favour of a Nominee shall be valid discharge by the depository against the legal heir.

i.

The cancellation of the nomination can be made by individuals only holding beneficiary owner accounts on their own behalf
singly or jointly by the same persons who made the original nomination. If the beneficiary owner account is held jointly, all
joint holders will have to sign the cancellation form.

j.

On cancellation of the nomination, the nomination shall stand rescinded and the depository shall not be under any obligation
to transfer the securities in favour of the Nominee.
