In social situations, I have the ability to alter my behavior if I feel that something else is called for. I have the ability to control the way I come across to people, depending on the impression I wish to give them. When I feel that the image I am portraying isnt working, I can readily change it to something that does. I have trouble changing my behavior to suit different people and different situations. I have found that I can adjust my behavior to meet the requirements of any situation in which I find myself. Once I know what a situation calls for, its easy for me to regulate my actions accordingly. I am often able to read peoples true emotions correctly (through their eyes). In conversations, I am sensitive to even the slightest change in the facial expression of the person with whom I am conversing. My powers of intuition are quite good when it comes to understanding the emotions and motives of others. I can usually tell when others consider a joke to be in bad taste, even though they may laugh convincingly. I can usually tell when Ive said something inappropriate by reading it in the listeners eyes. If someone is lying to me, I usually know it at once from that persons manner of expression. People in this organization attempt to build themselves up by tearing others down. If coworkers offer to lend some assistance it is because they expect to get something out of it, not because they really care. There has always been an influential group in his department that no one ever crosses. Since I have worked in this department I have never seen the pay and promotion policies applied politically. People here usually don't speak up for fear of retaliation by other individuals. I have seen changes made in policies here that only serve the purposes of a few, not the work unit or organization. Promotion in this department generally goes to high performers. My organisation has made a significant investment in me. The things I do on the job today will benefit my standing with my organisation in the long run. There is a lot of give and take in my relationship with my organisation. I worry that all my efforts on behalf of my organisation will never be rewarded by my organisation. I dont mind working hard today; I know I will eventually be rewarded by my organisation. My relationship with my organisation is based on mutual trust. I try to look out for the best interest of my oganisation because I can rely on my organisation to take care of me. Even though I may not always receive the recognition from my organisation that I deserve, I know my efforts will be rewarded in the future. I work under a great deal of tensions If I had a different job, my health would probably improve. I get irritated or annoyed over the ways things are going here. I seem to tire quickly.
