sessions for entire Corporate Staffing organization.

Responsible for the recruitment, qualifying, and facilitation of the hiring process for the
Information Technology and Corporate Finance departments respective staff. Reduced
fees paid to external staffing vendors by 75% while ensuring an extremely high quality of
hire for over 300 hard to fill positions.

Designed and implemented a Contractor Procurement Process for IT that standardized the
use of external staff augmentation firms. Spearheaded the procurement and negotiation
process with resulting savings in excess of $250,000.

Conceptualized, designed, developed, and implemented an in-house Outplacement


program to assist downsized Unum employees find other employment. Managed
the outsourced component of the program with external vendors from RFP to the
maintenance of an ongoing relationship. Estimated savings, $325,000.
