MID SEMESTER TEST ENGLISH Tuesday 13 January Dear Diary, Today I made a new friend in school.

His name is Muhamad. Muhamad walks with a limp. He had polio when he was young. Muhamads parents own a small stall in a food court. Every morning Muhamad and his sisters wake up at 4 a.m. They help their mother prepare breakfast food for sale. At 5.30 a.m. Muhamad and his parents leave home for the stall. Muhamad serves the customers. He also collects dirty dishes and washes them. At 9 a.m. he returns home. He completes his homework. He revises his school work. At 11.30 a.m. he gets ready for school. He walks to school because his parents cannot afford to send him in a school bus. Twice a week Muhamad helps his neighbours children with Maths and Science. I really admire Muhamad.
