EXAMPLE ARTIST RECORDING AGREEMENT

Introduction This agreement is for the services of music and/or entertainment described below between the undersigned Artist, hereinafter referred to as ARTIST NAME and the record label who is to provide services (hereinafter referred to as RECORD LABEL). Exclusive Recording Services During the term (as described below), ARTIST shall only render recording services for RECORD LABEL and shall not, unless otherwise permitted by RECORD LABEL, render recording services for any other party. Term The term of this agreement shall be for a period of 12 months (effective from the date of this contracts final signature), which can be renewed, or terminated at the end of this period, as mutually decided between ARTIST and RECORD LABEL. This agreement shall remain in effect for a period of twelve months from the effective date, and during that period RECORD LABEL will digitally distribute, promote, and sell ten singles to be packaged as an album. Territory The rights granted to RECORD LABEL herein, and the obligations of ARTIST shall be for the entire world. Grant of Rights ARTIST hereby grants to RECORD LABEL, its associates, subsidiaries, nominees, successors and assigns (1) the right to manufacture, advertise, sell, and license recording and records embodying the performances to be recorded hereunder, upon such terms and conditions as RECORD LABEL may approve; (2) the right to use your name, likeness and biographical material, if desired, in connection with the manufacture, use and/or sale of any such recordings and records; and (3) all rights in and to the recordings, tapes, and records, and the use and control thereof, upon which are reproduced the performances to be recorded hereunder. Professional Name ARTIST will perform and record under the professional name ARTIST. ARTIST will not use a different name in connection with the Master Recordings unless ARTIST and RECORD LABEL mutually agree in writing. Production of Master Recordings RECORD LABEL shall be responsible for payment of all expenses incurred in the production of the Master Recordings and shall obtain

the appropriate permission, clearance or release from any person or union who renders services in the production of the Master Recordings. Royalties RECORD LABEL will pay a 30% royalty of net revenue for the recordings sold digitally by RECORD LABEL or its associates to the ARTIST. RECORD LABEL shall make all payments to ARTIST for recordings within 30 days of receiving the quarterly statement from the distributor. All royalties shall be paid by cheque, Paypal, or money order for 4 quarters or until there are 0.00 sales on a statement, all statements will show a break down of incurred expenses for that quarter. Promotional Recordings and Cutouts No royalties will be due on Records furnished on a promotional basis. Nor shall any royalty be due for Records sold by RECORD LABEL as cutouts or for scrap or otherwise upon deletion from RECORD LABEL catalogue. Video If RECORD LABEL determines during the term of this Agreement to produce a recording combining the audio performance of ARTIST with a visual image (the "Video"), RECORD LABEL and ARTIST shall mutually agree upon the budget and production costs (the "Production Budget") for such Video or Videos. RECORD LABEL shall be the sole owner of all worldwide rights to each Video, including the worldwide copyrights. RECORD LABEL shall have the right to use and allow others to use each Video for advertising and promotional purposes with no payment to ARTIST. "Advertising and promotional purposes" mean all uses for which RECORD LABEL receives no money in excess of incidental fees such as tape stock and duplication and shipping. If RECORD LABEL licenses or commercially exploits the Videos, RECORD LABEL shall pay, after deducting all costs for production, a Royalty of: 60% of the net revenues from any license or sale of such Video. ARTIST grants to RECORD LABEL the right to synchronize the Master Recordings with visual images to create Videos. Merchandise If RECORD LABEL determines during the term of this agreement to produce a collection of ARTIST merchandise, RECORD LABEL and ARTIST shall mutually agree upon the budget and production costs, and the final designs. RECORD LABEL shall pay, after deducting all costs for production, a Royalty of: 50% for sales of any merchandise. Sponsorship Any Sponsorship or endorsement offers must be mutually agreed between RECORD LABEL and ARTIST before accepted, and If during the term of this contract, ARTIST begins a sponsorship deal or endorses a product for another company, a separate contract will be signed between RECORD LABEL and ARTIST detailing the payment percentages. Termination. RECORD LABEL may terminate this Agreement at any point during the term, providing thirty (30) days written notice is given, with a detailed reason for termination. ARTIST can terminate this Agreement if RECORD LABEL fails to pay

ARTIST's Royalties when due or to accurately report Net Sales and the failure is not corrected within thirty days after written notice from ARTIST. If this Agreement is breached because of a failure to pay or accurately report royalties all rights granted under this agreement shall revert to ARTIST and RECORD LABEL shall have no further rights regarding ARTIST or the Master Recordings. If this Agreement is terminated for any reason other than RECORD LABEL' failure to pay or accurately report ARTIST' Royalties, all rights licensed to the RECORD LABEL regarding ARTIST or the master recordings will remain property of RECORD LABEL. ARTIST hereby warrants that he has not entered the recordings licensed to RECORD LABEL into any oral or written obligations, contracts, or agreements of any nature prior to the signing of this agreement which is now in force and binding and which would in any way interfere with carrying out this agreement to its full intent and purpose. (double signing tracks). ARTIST also agrees that all music is original or made with copyright free samples, and takes all liability for copyright infringement. GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by the laws and in the courts of the United Kingdom.
