A provisional merit list of candidates who worked on contract basis during the academic Year 2010-11 in AU region is placed on the Department web site for engagement during the academic year 2011-12 subject to the satisfactory performance certificate given by the principal of the institution. It may be noted by the candidates that this merit list is purely provisional and is liable to change, since it is prepared on the declaration of marks stated by applicants in their application form. If at the stage of verification of certificates, it is found that there are discrepancies in the marks stated by them, their order of merit in the list shall be altered accordingly. Selection shall only be based on the actual merit, as determined by marks secured by them in their graduation, post-graduation and doctoral studies as the case may be, after verification of relevant certificates. 2. Candidates shall necessarily bring with them all their originals certificates viz. Caste, Study, Degree, PG (ME/M.Tech/MSc/M.Phil), Ph.D., on the date of counseling, failing which their application shall not be considered and vacancies if any, shall be offered to candidates who have applied for the first time during the Academic Year 2011-12, in terms of the guidelines issued by the Commissioner of Technical Education, vide memo no. G1/4241/2009 Dt.28-07-2011. 3. Intimation to the candidates with regard to the dates of counseling is being sent separately by way of e-mail to their e-mail ids and mobile numbers if any, as furnished by them in their applications. 4. As per the instructions/guidelines of the Commissioner of Technical Education, the selection of the candidates shall be based on roster point and a merit list prepared placing candidates that were consistently engaged on contract from the academic Year 2006-07 first as a batch, followed by batches engaged from 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10 & 2010-11 in that order. However, marks secured in their qualifying degrees shall determine merit with in their batch.

The schedule of counseling in respect of candidates who were engaged on contract during the academic Year 2010-11 at the office of the Regional Joint Director Technical Education, Kakinada is as follows.
