THE PUBLIC BUDGET The public budgets a political instrument, economic and administrative containing the governments financial

plan. DEBT SERVICE: Payment required for the payment of credits earned. CAPITAL: Expenditures for the repayment of loans. INTEREST: Payment of interest on credits earned.
