Heidelberg India conducts a Seminar on Print Solutions in Coimbatore. On 4 August 2011, Heidelberg India conducted a seminar titled Heidelberg Print Solutions in Coimbatore. This seminar emphasized the varied range of Heidelberg printing solutions right from Prepress to Postpress, consumables to training. Mr.Guenther Keppler, General Manager Business Development, spoke about the press solutions from Heidelberg. In his presentation he highlighted the Heidelberg press variants in different size formats and the applications printers can benefit from. He also made a special mention about the Heidelberg Print Media Academy in Chennai which conducts trainings and courses for the Indian print fraternity on a regular basis. Mr. Ashokan Krishnamoorthy, Product Manager Prepress solutions, in his presentation highlighted the benefits of Prinect Prepress workflow software and the Heidelberg Suprasetter CtP (Computer-to-Plate) products. Mr.Venkataraman Regional Sales Manager delivered a presentation on Heidelberg consumables range with a special mention of Saphira Inks and explained the use and need of right consumables for the overall success of the printed product. Coimbatore has been a very important and strategic market for us. The market has grown in the past few years at a fast pace especially with the emerging industries like real estate, textile and FMCG market. Commercial printing has seen a fast growth in this region.
