Choose a current issue at the district and identify a person on either side of the issue. Meet with the chosen persons to ascertain the goals for each side and ensure that each side understands the goals of the other side. Devise a resolution that helps both sides achieve their goals and addresses all concerns. Meet with both sides to reach a consensus on the new plan.
