Participated in a complex class action suit involving a health management organization regarding prescription pricing; Successfully defended medical implant manufacturers in medical malpractice suits. Designed, developed, and implemented an innovative and effective county gang resistance effort touted state-wide as a model program, as well as chairing a violent street gang suppression committee consisting of community leaders in law enforcement, religious, and business communities. Appointed to Governors Kaizen activity designed to formulate state response to gang violence and served as a member of committee that drafted legislation that became Marylands criminal gang law. Prepared, presented, and launched a whole systems approach to root cause investigations of AF aviation accidents and instituted risk management into all Air Force safety programs.
