AC Head
1. Job purpose and summary:
The AC head will be responsible for: recruiting, evaluating, leading & supporting a team of 4 AC track heads, communicating in between tracks & with the high board and planning for the AC with the aim of achieving the vision of ACES12. Therefore this post is mainly based upon managing the AC as a whole from an up view perspective.

NB: Each AC track head will lead a group of moderators with the aim of delivering a real life output at the conference. Track heads recruitment will follow the AC head recruitment by a short period of time.

2. Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: Functional roles:


Setting the criteria and selecting the track heads & cooperating with the track heads on the selection of the moderators. Coordinate with the AC track heads on setting workshops cores in consistence with ACES12 vision to provide real life outputs in the conference. Applying an effective team building & continuous investment process for the AC track heads. Assess training and development needs for the AC and work on providing them. Setting & following up on plans, objectives, KPIs and quality standards for the academic committee. Aligning the AC with the vision, values & strategy of ACES12. Develop knowledge and skills related to work from different sources. Organizational roles: Monitor and report on activities, progress, outputs, needs and qualifications of the whole AC and provide relevant information & written reports to the HB. Facilitating the communication in between tracks and with other ACES entities Building a team that retains ACES synergy, core competence, spirit & professionalism. Coordinate with the HB, marketing head, track heads to bring academic or full sponsors for the workshops. Representing the AC track heads & moderators in the HB meetings Applying a free & open environment that encourages creativity, leadership investment and empowerment in the academic committee. Implementing the above mentioned responsibilities in accordance with ACES code of ethics, ACES culture, values & standards. Enhancing organization reputation by being a role model inside & outside ACES 4

Efficiency of team building at the preparations phase Average number of training hours for the AC Number of workshops getting full sponsorship for the conference Number of regular reports delivered before the deadline Percent of AC staff working in synergy with other ACES entities Percent of drop out participants Number of workshops successfully delivering a real life output at the conference . OC Head
1. Job purpose and summary:
The OC head will be responsible for: recruiting, managing, evaluating, leading & supporting a team of committees heads, communicating in between committees & with the high board and planning for the OC with the aim of achieving the vision of ACES12.

2. Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: Functional roles:


Setting OC heads selection criteria & conducting selection process for OC heads Applying an effective team building & continuous investment process for the heads and ensuring that the members receive an effective team building & continuous investment process as well. Setting & following up on plans, objectives, KPIs and quality standards for the organizing committee. Assisting in organization & planning of major events along with other participants from ACES staff. Coordination among committees and committee heads. Setting output standards and making sure not to fail it. Aligning the OC with the vision, values & strategy of ACES12. Develop knowledge and skills related to work from different sources. Organizational roles: Monitor and report on activities, progress, outputs, needs and qualifications of the whole OC and provide relevant information & written reports to the HB. Facilitating the communication in between committees and with other ACES entities. Building a team that retains ACES synergy, core competence, spirit & professionalism. Representing the OC heads & members in the HB meetings Applying a free & open environment that encourages creativity, leadership investment and empowerment in the organizing committee. OD Head
1. Job purpose and summary:
The OD head will be responsible for: recruiting, managing, evaluating, leading & supporting a team of committees heads, communicating in between committees & with the high board and planning for the OD with the aim of achieving the vision of ACES12.

2. Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: Functional roles:


Setting the criteria and selecting the committees heads. Gathers HR, R&D and PMR (project management & reporting committee) inputs for reporting and assessment for the HB Setting systems to measure & monitor performance and accelerate the reporting process. Plan, develop and execute crew investment, trainings and organizational development. Mark weak points that appears in ACES12 and put methods for solving it Assisting in organization & planning of major events along with other participants from ACES staff. Applying an effective team building & continuous investment process for the heads and ensuring that the coordinators receive an effective team building & continuous investment process. Setting & following up on plans, objectives, KPIs and quality standards for the OD. Aligning the OD with the vision, values & strategy of ACES12. Develop knowledge and skills related to work from different sources. Organizational roles: Monitor and report on activities, progress, outputs, needs and qualifications of the whole OD and provide relevant information & written reports to the HB. Facilitating the communication in between committees and with other ACES entities. Building a team that retains ACES synergy, core competence, spirit & professionalism. Representing the OD heads & coordinators in the HB meetings Applying a free & open environment that encourages creativity, leadership investment and empowerment in the OD.
