1. Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: Functional roles:


Setting moderators selection criteria, and selecting them under the supervision of the AC head. Cooperate with the AC Head aligning track moderators to ACES vision, values & strategy. Following up on plans, KPIs, objectives and quality standards, and reporting to the AC head periodically. Coordinate with AC head and marketing committees getting ACES academic & full sponsors. Applying effective technical and personal investment for track moderators in coordination with the OD. Applying effective team building for each workshop & supporting team building for the whole AC. Prepare estimate budget and sponsorship requirements for each workshop. Develop knowledge and skills related to work from different sources. Organizational roles: Along with track heads, cooperate with the AC head to create an open and free environment that encourages creativity and empowerment of the AC. Representing moderators in board meetings. Enhancing the organization reputation by being a role model in and outside ACES. Facilitate the communication between the track workshops and ACES different entities. Implementing the above roles applying ACES code of ethics, ACES culture, values & standards.

Financial director [vice OC head]


1. Job purpose and summary:
The FD will be responsible for: ACES Financial State with the aim of achieving the vision of ACES12.

2. Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: Functional roles:


Cooperating with OC Head and EMD for Setting OC heads selection criteria. Act as an OC Head if needed Coordination among committees and committee heads on common projects if needed. Managing all Paper and legal work required by OC heads & EMD ( ) Keeps financial documents Setting Budget plan for each phase with OC heads and merging final financial plan with HB and president. Collecting and receiving money and in-kind supplies from different sources. Prepare & Monitor on Final estimate budget for entire year for the OC . Set Risk financial Plan with OC head Have legal References ( ) Organizational roles: Report on financial activities, progress and outputs of the whole OC in cooperation with EMD and provide relevant information & written reports to OC head Representing ACES financial image to college staff and to different entities outside ACES. Attending HB meetings if needed. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Enhancing organization reputation by being a role model inside & outside ACES Implementing the above mentioned responsibilities in accordance with ACES code of ethics, ACES culture, values & standards.

Executive & marketing director [vice OC head]


1. Job purpose and summary:
The EMD will be responsible for: execution of OC coordination internally and externally with the aim of achieving the vision of ACES12.

2. Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: Functional roles:


Setting OC heads selection criteria & conducting selection process for OC heads with OC Head. Coordinates with FD to report for needed legal work Coordination among committees and committee heads on common projects. Set Risk Plan with OC head Setting output standards with OC Heads and making sure not to fail it. Marketing, advertising and promotion planning Plan and execute the marketing campaigns for ACES12 Develop knowledge and skills related to work from different sources. Organizational roles: Report on activities, progress and outputs of the whole OC and provide relevant information & written reports to OC head Enhancing organization reputation by being a role model inside & outside ACES Facilitating the communication in between committees and with other ACES entities. Act as an OC Head if needed Implementing the above mentioned responsibilities in accordance with ACES code of ethics, ACES culture, values & standards.

1. Job purpose and summary:
Recruiting, managing, evaluating, leading & supporting a team of HR members working on managing, guiding & developing ACES human resources to achieve the highest satisfaction & the highest performance

2. Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: Functional roles:


Setting the criteria, selecting & applying an effective team building and continuous investment for the HR members Aligning the HR committee with the vision, values & strategy of ACES12 Setting and following up on the committees vision, objectives, KPIs & quality standards Assigning, preparing, managing & coaching team of HR members & coordinators Planning, controlling & developing the crew investment & team building process Measuring, monitoring & improving continuously the crew performance Setting, executing & developing the crew evaluation, motivational & rewarding system, ACES hiring & firing system Setting, accelerating & developing ACES feedback system Preparing & managing HR team to interview & select ACES applicants Conflicts resolution in ACES crew in cooperation with the corresponding high board member or the entity head Reporting the OD head periodically by: 1) Crew performance, investment progress & the needed trainings 2) The crew feedback & development action plans

1. Job purpose and summary:
Recruiting, managing, evaluating, leading & supporting a team of PMR members working on managing ACES events, projects & entities to ensure achieving the best output with the highest quality

2. Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: Functional roles:


Setting the criteria, selecting & applying an effective team building and continuous investment for the PMR members Aligning the PMR committee with the vision, values & strategy of ACES12 Setting and following up on the committees vision, objectives, KPIs & quality standards Assigning, preparing, managing & coaching a team of PMR members & coordinators Facilitating the communication between the AC & the OC committees Supervising the PMR members leading ACES events & projects Following up on the planning, executing, organizing, controlling, monitoring & the quality assurance of ACES entities and events Studying the applicability of executing any suggested project Reporting the OD head periodically by: 1) ACES entities progress, measured KPIs & quality standards, problems & their solutions and the action plan to improve the progress 2) Action plans to improve the output, the quality and to solve the problems Reporting the OD head by the major events progress, KPIs measured, the problems happened and their solutions Conducting ACES12 manual Organizational roles: Monitoring PMR committees activities, progress, outputs & needs Applying a free & open environment that encourages creativity, leadership investment and empowerment in the PMR. 1. Job purpose and summary:
Recruiting, managing, evaluating, leading & supporting a team of R&D members working on updating and developing ACES by any needed changes and output enhancements through conducting researches and putting action development plans upon the research results

2. Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: Functional roles:


Setting the criteria, selecting & applying an effective team building and continuous investment for the R&D members Aligning the R&D committee with the vision, values & strategy of ACES12 Setting and following up on the committees vision, objectives, KPIs & quality standards Managing, leading & coaching R&D members Planning and suggesting the researches needed for ACES on the short and the long term Gathering ideas and suggestions and carrying out the needed researches by ACES different entities Generating new ideas to develop ACES processes & outputs Following up on the process of conducting the researches Communicating the development action plan to the person or the entity responsible of executing the plan Following up & evaluating the development action plans resulted from the researches conducted Reporting the OD head periodically by 1) the needed researches for ACES in the next phase, the researches methodology and the expected output 2) The previous phase conducted researches, the methodology used, the development action plans and their effect on the process or the output Organizational roles: Monitoring R&D committees activities, progress, outputs & needs Applying a free & open environment that encourages creativity, leadership investment and empowerment in the R&D.
