HOW THE GOVERNMENT USES LAW AND DECEPTION TO ENSLAVE PEOPLE Most people believe that when they

buy something that they truly own it. However, when you understand the truth about maritime law, you will clearly see how this is nothing more than a system of control set up to enslave the people through fraud, subterfuge, and outright lies. This is a broad subject that can be difficult to explain. I've tried to include as much as necessary to give you a basic clear picture of the scope and depth of these deceptions. Historically, when people used gold or silver as actual currency, ownership of the object purchased transferred from the seller to the buyer. If a chair was purchased for $10 and the buyer paid in $10 worth of gold or silver, it was an even exchange and thus the buyer completely owned the chair. Today this is no longer true. In 1913, the 16th amendment was ratified with authorized the creation of the Federal Reserve Bank (The FED). The FED then created the "Federal Reserve Note" which is not true currency at all. In 1933 the United States was taken completely off the gold standard. Unknown to most, each U.S. dollar has a "lien of ownership" that follows it wherever it goes. This lien transfer's ownership of anything purchased back to the institution that created it, the Federal Reserve Bank. Ever since the "ratification" of the 16th amendment and the creation of the so called "Federal Reserve note" nothing that you purchase is truly yours. Ownership of all items purchased ultimately reverts back to the "Federal Reserve Bank" or (FED). due to the "lien of ownership" that is attached to every dollar created by the fed. Article 1 section 8 of the U.S Constitution states that Congress alone has the right to "coin money". However, The FED is a private foreign bank and the U.S. dollar is not United States money, despite the fact that it says "Federal Reserve Note" on each dollar printed. This is very important to understand and set in mind. Due to various sleights of hand perpetrated by crafty lawyers beginning in 1852, a change from the common law over to maritime law took place. This change allowed the courts to now take control of all commerce on land as it does on the seas. Because we are under maritime law, humans themselves are now considered "a vessel on the seas". When a ship pulls into a dock (in the water), it is assigned a "berth" which is "the space allotted to a vessel at anchor or at a wharf". The ship is also assigned a "berth certificate". Therefore your birth certificate is signed by your mother and where your mother signed on the birth certificate you will see it does not say parent or mother, it says informant. It is important to remember when we go into a court, that we are in a commercial, international jurisdiction. If we go into court and say. "I DEMAND MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!", the judge will most likely say, "You mention the Constitution again, and I'll find you in contempt of court!" Then we don't understand how he can do that. Hasn't he sworn to uphold the Constitution? The rule here is: you cannot be charged under one jurisdiction and defend yourself under another jurisdiction. For example, if the French government came to you and asked where you filed your French income tax of a certain year, do you go to the French government and say "I demand my Constitutional Rights?" No. The proper answer is: "THE LAW DOES NOT APPLY TO ME. I AM NOT A FRENCHMAN." You must make your reservation of rights under the jurisdiction in which you are charged, not under some other jurisdiction. So in a UCC court, you must claim your Reservation of Rights under UCC 1-207. UCC 1-207 goes on to say... "When a waivable right or claim is involved, the failure to make a reservation thereof, causes a loss of the right, and bars its assertion at a later date." (UCC 1-207.9) You have to make your claim known early. Further, it says: "The Sufficiency of the Reservation: any expression indicating an intention to reserve rights is sufficient, such as "without prejudice". (UCC 1-207.4) Whenever you sign any legal paper that deals with Federal Reserve Notes, write under your signature: "Without Prejudice (UCC 1-207.4)." This reserves your rights. wages is not GAINS, it's an EQUAL TRADE! You agree to work for an employer who places a value on your work. If you are working for an employer for $10 an hour, it's an EVEN EXCHANGE because they have decreed that your work is with $10 per hour. How does the government get away with this fraud? Here are a few of the ways they do this. The first trick is to obscure the meaning of the word income, which we have already covered briefly. Another deception on income is to claim that all people in the U.S. who hold a job have to pay a tax on their wages, when in fact this only applies to FEDERAL WORKERS, or those who work directly for the government. But since almost no one knows that, people are told that they're required to pay a tax on their wages even though the government can not show them the law. The third and probably the most diabolical way has to do with some of what was previous covered regarding the change from common law to maritime law and you're now being considered a "vessel on the sea". You are also considered a "Corporation" as well. How? Because under the law, whenever you see someone names in all CAPITAL letters, it means that they are either a corporation or dead! If you look on your birth certificate, your drivers license or state I.D., you will see that they are in all capital letters. This means that under the definition of the law, YOU are also considered a "corporation" and there subject to the income tax laws under the constitution. Talk about linguistic SLEIGHT OF HAND huh! Without people even realizing it, they have been totally DUPED into accepting a birth certificate and social security number, which now lists each person as a "corporation of the United States" which is itself a corporation with the president as nothing more than the CEO of the corporate United States. Since corporations are required to pay taxes because they're involved in commerce, your DAILY activities such as working for your employers, moving around in your car in the traffic/shipping lanes because you are a "vessel on the sea", now means that YOU are also subject to the same laws as a corporation! What most people also are not aware of is that even corporations themselves are given legal status as people, thus protecting them from a lot of the legal prosecutions that would normally be allowed

when their products or activities harm someone. This is how they're able to be protected from lawsuits arising from faulty products, destruction to the environment or the like. But when it comes to an individual person, you are forced to pay taxes, to be ticketed in your car and have many of your rights removed because you are, unbeknown to almost everyone, considered a corporation. By declaring your sovereignty, you are letting the police, courts and government know that you are aware of the scam, that you are NOT a corporation NOR a "vessel on the sea" but a citizen of the United States! This can help you a great deal in traffic courts and many other legal situations. Since the police have become little more than the enforcement arms of the federal reserve banking system who control the courts and are the ones that got this maritime law to apply to all humans via the loophole in the US Constitution, by declaring sovereignty from this law SCAM you free yourself from those regulations. I doubt it will help you avoid paying income taxes, though legally it should free us from that too based on their own system of tricks and lies, but it can and has helped many in various legal situations. By being ignorant of these laws and rules we have unknowingly been tricked into losing our rights and true individual sovereignty without even knowing it. This is a MAJOR way in this "Linguistic Ledgerdemain" has been used to blind us all to the truth without most even being aware of it.
