Hired and successfully on-boarded 270 engineers, research scientists, IT, commercial and manufacturing leaders within 18 months; top grading most positions, reducing hiring cycle by 50% and generating $200,000 in yearly savings. President recognized process as directly contributing to achievement of 25% growth and the strategic plan. Generated $1.5 million yearly savings by creating and implementing the first CEM labor strategy. In contract negotiations reduced classifications, made work rule changes, and changed OT payment scheme. Delivered 10% profitable revenue growth in a business that had not met its financial targets in 5 years by partnering with the units chief executive to restructure the organization to become market driven and technology-based rather than product focused.
