EXECUTIVE SUMMARY/INTRODUCTION Association of College of Engineering and Information Technology Students is one of the organizations of Caraga State University Main Campus. The said organization is responsible for monitoring of students belong to the College of Engineering and Information Technology. During enrollment for every semester, the organization gathers information from CEIT Students through a membership birth skills, form. The said system would somehow help the ACEITS Officials choose the deserving CEIT Students to join the Intrams events. With just an event search engine in the information system, the system will show up a list of students interested to join the particular event. The list will be posted in ACEITS Bulletin Board around the Caraga State University Campus and the students names listed in the list will undergone a screening and try-outs facilitated by the ACEITS Officials. Moreover, in the proposed system, the students only allowed to indicate maximum of three (3) Intrams events he/she wants to join in. The ACEITS must provide a list of events so that the CEIT Students will not get confused to choose. Also, students allowed only to write five to ten (5-10) hobbies and special skills. Hobby and Special Skill section can also be used to trace up students with special talents especially in dancing for cheer dance competition, hiphop dance competition and dance

SCOPE This study focuses on the profiling of students and easy-search for students interested in a particular event for Intramurals.

SIGNIFICANCE The importance of this study is that it will help the officers of ACEITS to easy find interested players in particular events (e.g. Cheer Dance, Chess, Table Tennis, etc.)

As the student pay for his/her college fee, thats the time the ACEITS officer gives the Membership form to the student and he/she will fill it up. After he/she finished filling up the form, he/she will return it to the ACEITS officer. The officer would keep it in the office.

After all students data will be inputted, the system in-charge (encoder) will search a particular event, it will show the list of students interested in that particular event. Those lists will be posted on the bulletin boards informing for those students for a try-outs or screening.

After the student filled up the membership form, the date he/she writes there will be stored in DB tables Student_info_01, Student_info_02 and events. The ACEITS officer is the one who adds the intrams events. As the ACEITS officer search for an event, he/she will use the event code and by that, it will show the list of interested CEIT Students and will be ask for try-outs and screening. He/she should print it.
