Brief Description
A one-day program to provide an insight into Agile Scrum and test strategies for Agile Scrum projects.

Workshop Objectives
Participants will understand what Agile Scrum is all about, differences between Agile and traditional waterfall models,
various roles, artifacts and meetings of Scrum, estimation as done in Scrum and testing aspects in Scrum.
The program will be conducted through presentations, analysis of various real-life situations faced by Scrum teams, an
exercise on estimation and a simulated 60-min Sprint.
